2 KHF patients off to Sudan for surgery

The Salem Center for Cardiac Surgery is run and managed by the Italian based humanitarian organization EMERGENCY. Since April 2007, the Centre provides high standard, free of charge paediatric and adult cardiac surgery.

The Salam centre is in partnership with KHF through our principal Nwankwo Kanu.

The Centre has operated many patients for Kanu Heart Foundation.

The Centre has selected 11 KHF Patients for 2018 surgery. Three out of the eleven have been given travel documents but unfortunately one died before their departure to Sudan on October 30, 2018.

The remaining two- Miss Elizaberth and Master ThankGod have been received by the centre.
